About Chef Patrick Vanas

A Culinary Science graduate of Johnson & Wales University, Chef Patrick Vanas employs skill and artfulness to seamlessly furnish event planning and catering services that satisfy even the most exacting clients.

Chef Patrick's training and education are culled from many sources. Growing up in his family's dairy farm, he learned, first hand, milk and cheese production, and acquired the strong appreciation for fresh produce and ingredients. His preparations are informed by regional inspirations: from the south, during his undergraduate years in Charleston, South Carolina, and from the north, while earning his culinary degree in Providence, Rhode Island. Prior to moving to Washington, DC, he worked for six years at some of the country's most exclusive country clubs which honed his skill for personalized treatment.

Chef Patrick draws from the wisdom of more than 20 years experience in the hospitality and culinary worlds to deliver masterful solutions and creative finesse to events that range from affairs-of-state to private gatherings. Each event is treated as a life-defining moment with white-gloved care.
